This is a coarse-ground, 80% lean blend of our choicest pastured Chuck and Brisket with just the right amount of fat added to bring you a rich and flavorful ground beef. We use it to make a burger you won’t soon forget! The coarser grind on this meat allows us to create a rustic burger, with a texture that will catch juices and develop a tasty char, this premium burger blend has a unique and wonderful flavor all on its own.
BASIC COOKING TECHNIQUE:
Form loosely into patties and grill over high heat (transfer to the cooler side of the grill to finish cooking if your burgers are large). Can also be used for any ground meat recipe.
